Philosophy

After 25 years working for some highly respected engineering companies, reaching top management positions in both, Rebecca Boulter established Boulter Engineering Inc. to offer clients her hands on expertise and experience. I take pride in direct involvement; engineering and interfacing with the owner, design, and contractor teams. I love what I do and have great passion for designing and building electrical and lighting systems for the built environment.

I want to bring my passion, expertise, and experience to those clients interested in the personal attention I provide to their projects. I want to continue to personally serve the construction industry and therefore established Boulter Engineering Inc.


Our Team
Boulter Engineering Inc. staff has worked closely together for over 7 years. We also utilize a team of well qualified Bay Area electrical designers and CAD technicians to support the production of the projects.
