Rebecca Boulter
PE, LEED AP


Rebecca has over 25 years of experience in electrical engineering and lighting design. Her project experience covers a wide range of building types including acute care hospitals, medical office/clinics, biotechnology laboratories, commercial, educational, light industrial buildings, and roadway electrical distribution and lighting. Her electrical engineering experience covers all areas of power distribution and emergency power system design and analysis, specification writing, architectural lighting design, lighting control system design and implementation, fire alarm and life safety system design, as well as field surveys and analysis. Her work experience includes low- and medium-voltage power systems, load analysis, short circuit analysis, and protection coordination. She has extensive healthcare and renovation project experience. Her project management and engineering activities have covered complete project delivery: conceptual/schematic design through final construction administration. She has led OSHPD projects as the prime consultant for the team and owner. She has experience with all types of project delivery models, including integrated project delivery, lean project delivery, design assist, design/build, and design-bid-build.

Rebecca has spent the last 15 years working as the principal in charge and EEOR for multi-discipline project teams and at her last firm, was a member of the board of directors.
